DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY
All our products have been painstakingly handcrafted with love by our talented artisans who struggle hard to make ends meet by selling authentic handmade products. Therefore, it is difficult for us to accept returns as the products are often not returned in their original condition. As the products are purely handcrafted, please expect slight variations or unevenness. Every individual product goes through multiple rounds of quality checks in our warehouse to ensure that the products are delivered in their best condition.
We try to ship products as soon as you place the order. The time taken to deliver the products to customers depend on the location of delivery.
In case of international shipping, the delivery time might get extended based on the Customs Process and may also vary depending on the destination country. Orders shipped to addresses outside of India may be subject to additional charges, extra courier charges, additional taxes or fees which are determined by the local customs office of the destination country. The customer will have to bear all courier charges, import duties, customs fees, taxes or any other charges that may additionally be collected for when the package is delivered. If the customer refuses to accept a package or the address cannot be found or due to any other circumstances the logistic partner cannot deliver the package, the same will be destroyed and no refund will be processed
Can a confirmed Order be cancelled?
Please note : In case our logistic partners are unable to deliver the product to the desired delivery location due to some circumstances, we will inform you about the cancellation of the product. This cancellation is only possible if the product has not been shipped from our end
